"I am writing to let you know that we are very happy with our patio cover. It’s very well constructed and looks awesome! We have already received several comments about how nice it looks. I would like to thank you for coming onsite and answering the many questions my wife and I asked. I know that taking time for clarification contributed to a great job. I would also like to express my appreciation to the installation team, Eric and Jayden.

They were fantastic! They arrived on time from the first to the last day. Both men were extremely polite, helpful and considerate. Eric spent time with us each morning to go over the day’s activities, explain everything thoroughly and, like you, took the time to answer our questions anytime we had them, it was obvious that he plans ahead. I also had the opportunity to observe the guys working. I was impressed with the care they took with our existing property as they worked. I also noticed how well Eric was mentoring Jayden in the learning of the craft. Eric was very patient and encouraging in his instructions to Jayden. Eric was also very cooperative with the electrician who came to do our inside work. At the end of every day the cleanup was excellent, and all tools were stored neatly and covered so as not to obstruct the use of our patio.

In closing I’d like to say that you have a top-notch operation and installation team. Our experience with the process from the start to finish was that it was seamless. Our initial worries of starting a new construction project were quickly alleviated after we spoke with you, and as we watched the crew build it, we had confidence from the first day it would be well done. As Eric told us on day one, “they would build us a beautiful patio cover” and they certainly proved that to be true."
